The Delavan Hotel and Spa is a 60-suite luxury boutique hotel located on the site of Salvatore's Italian Gardens on Transit Road in Depew, NY. The new, four-story, 47,000-square-foot hotel features a fitness center and a full-service spa operated by Capello Salons & Day Spa.

Bison Electrical provided the Electrical design and completed the construction drawings along with performing the electrical installation.

Electrical construction and wiring included a new utility transformer pad and a 2400 amp, 480 Volt electrical service including the high voltage primary installation, and a dedicated 200A, 480V sprinkler pump utility service, wiring of 60 hotel rooms and suites, site lighting, HVAC wiring and controls, all Common Areas, new elevators, full addressable fire alarm system, network, speaker, and all communication cabling.
